Self-Service Portal FAQ

Why isn’t my recurring gift listed here?

This portal is only able to display gifts made through the EveryAction platform. If your gift is set up through a different platform (Classy, Network For Good, etc.) or through your bank, it will not be visible. Any changes to your gift amount or payment details can be made either by contacting the platform directly or emailing us at give@thehumaneleague.org.

How do I pause, downgrade, or cancel my recurring gift?

If you would like to temporarily pause your recurring gift, decrease your monthly donation amount, or cancel your recurring gift completely, please contact us at give@thehumaneleague.org.
