From corporate campaigns to global coalitions, this recognition from Animal Charity Evaluators proves that progress is a team effort—and every action adds up.

Every victory for animals shows what’s possible when compassion meets action. We’re honored to be chosen by Animal Charity Evaluators as one of the most effective animal protection groups worldwide. This recognition belongs to everyone, especially you.

This recognition reflects what drives our work every day: the relentless pursuit of a world where no animal suffers for food. Animal Charity Evaluators (ACE) spotlights groups creating measurable change for animals, and we’re the only organization to receive this distinction in every rating period.

What this win says about our work

ACE does its homework. Their team digs deep into transparency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term impact before naming an organization a Recommended Charity.

Cost-effectiveness is all about doing the most good with every dollar. That’s why every gift matters—and why we’re committed to making your support go as far as possible to end the abuse of animals on factory farms. ACE looks at how efficiently groups turn resources into real wins for animals, because impact shouldn’t come with a big price tag.

For us, that stamp of approval means something real: proof that our mix of corporate campaigns, policy change, and grassroots action is making a measurable difference for animals. Especially in a cause that too often goes overlooked in the fight for a kinder world.

But the real credit goes to the people behind it all: our global team, generous donors, relentless volunteers, and every advocate who believes compassion is a force worth organizing around.

Compassion’s having a moment

This year, we saw real momentum for animals—proof that compassion and persistence make a pretty unbeatable team.

Our latest Global Cage-Free Egg Fulfillment Report showed **92% of companies with cage-free commitments are now reporting progress. **That means millions of hens get to spread their wings, dust-bathe, and fully live out their natural instincts.

More than 2,400 companies worldwide have committed to sparing hens from cages, over 300 in the US have made similar promises, and our Open Wing Alliance now spans 90+ partners across six continents.

And the wins didn’t stop there. Working with global partners and thousands of people like you, we pushed Subway to commit to 100% cage-free eggs in the US—alongside new commitments from The Cheesecake Factory and Conagra Brands, two major players now taking real steps toward a cage-free future.

Each of these wins tells the same story: **when we organize, expose cruelty, and demand accountability, animals win. **And the movement moves forward.

Spoiler: we’re not done yet

Our work doesn’t stop here. Support from ACE’s recognition helps us expand international campaigns, push for stronger welfare laws, and keep mobilizing a global movement to end factory farming for good.

To our community: thank you for every action, every share, every gift. This recognition belongs to you, too. Let’s keep taking action to help hens in need.
